Registration RUN Run

Welcome to this year’s RUN Run! Please sign up by filling out the columns below and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your personal details.

Here’s what you need to know:

Runners must complete a 2.5 km course twice as a relay team of two, each team member will run the 2.5 km course once.

If you already have a team partner for the relay, please enter their name in the relevant field below. If not, you will be assigned a random team partner to join you.

The relay teams are divided into different categories depending on age and gender of the team partners, each participant contributes a certain number of points to the team.

< 35 years, male: 1 point
> 35 years, male: 2 points
< 35 years, female: 2 points
> 35 years, female: 3 points

Participants who identify as gender-diverse are free to select the gender category (female or male) they prefer for the purpose of team scoring. Age categories apply equally regardless of gender category.

Start and finish are in front of the RUN building (UR campus map).
